Unfortunately had exposure to a dog that passed away 2 days later from "an extremely resistent strain of distemper" not knowing the dog was that sick - Doc said it was resistent to the vaccinations for the disease and was a new strain of the virus. Both my dogs had been vaccinated & Phoebe had just been the week before but thankfully after the dog they were exposed to passed away at the Cary Hospital so quickly they were extremely aggressive in treating my babies.
