    Yes, because no crime had been reported with an ethnic suspect unlike the example provided.

    Well the ACLU can investigate all they want, matter of fact I can't wait until they discover that the captain over the patrol division is a black man and that all traffic stop reports and citations cross his desk, wonder where they will look then? :beathorse:
