    They could not get approval for the towns or ETJs, so 4042 area was their logical choice. No municipal codes to worry about, good congestion of people, and beer available.

    I'm glad to see some culture and sophisticaton arrive there! Things have been awful dry since Raif Hollister shut down his still.
