    Had to look thru 7 pages to make sure no one else wrote it, but it has to be

    "Person of Interest"

    when discussing ANY criminal case. Just call them a suspect since you would not want to talk to them if you did not suspect them of something!

    Reminds me of a quote (can't remember which comedian):

    Only in America can you be arrested by the police, in the bank, with the money in one hand and a gun in the other and still be called "the suspect".
