In another country he wouldn't be in prison. He broke a US law. Mexico (or whereever he would be deported to) would have no obligation to send him to prison for crimes he committed here. In other words, if you send him back without his serving time, as you say, he'll be right back. Then what have you gained?

As far as prisons being this country club you seem to believe they are, why don't you spend some time there? Make it your next vacation destination.

 

I think they have a plan have babies every 9 months and hit as many americans with their cars as they can and then take over the us and turn every MC donalds into a tacobell and then it will be buh bye wal-mart flea markets every cornner and radio stations and tv is next (they have already began this process) lol

The only use most Mexicans have for Taco Bells is tearing them down and turning them into Consulates! :mrgreen:
