ants in car

    How does one fumigate a car that has ants in it? they are tiny and get in everywhere. do they make any sort of ant/bug bomb i can put in the care to get ride of them for good with out blowing up my car? :) TIA

    A regular bug bomb will do the trick, but you might want to disconnect the battery before using it. That prevents any sparks, etc. before you can open the doors and allow the fumes to dissipate. The aerosol from those bombs can be explosive. The other option would be to use ant traps with poisoned food sources to kill off the colony.

    Try Terro ant baits. They take the poison back to the colony, we've had to use it in the house on occasion, and ants are totally gone within a day or 2. I can't stand ants!! upload_2020-9-1_21-42-45.jpeg You can find it at Lowes, Walmart, Home Depot...

    I had ants in my car. Parked in sunny spot so it got very hot in car. parked on pavement, not dirt. Made sure no trash, under seats etc. cleaned very good
    After 1 day no trash, very hot, they were gone.
