Ok, so you locals, should i waste my time bringing in plants and furniture from outside? i have done it quite a few times for nothing in the past years.
Plants, if they are heavy pots don't worry about it. The smaller pots I'd just pack em in a corner or up against the house. Furniture, if it's plastic, you may find it in your neighbor's yard. Depending on how high the wind gusts are.
The daycare runs on Jo Co school schedule. I leave early on Fridays...is it even worth it to bring the monster to work with me for a few hours and then leave work to take him to school for just 3 hours??? or just let him hang out with me here??? huummmmm Looks like the little guy will be playing hookie!
I'd let him hang out with me..if I were you (of course depends on how far you are from the daycare). I know I'm 30 minutes away .... so she'd be stuck with me...but if I were 5 minutes away...I'd want that 3 hrs. to myself
Just heard on the radio they are expecting winds overnight in our area to be between 45 - 50mph
Oh, and Lord, could you please explain why you always send me hurricanes around my wedding and their ensuing anniversaries?
I can see it now, two kids in sleeping bags on the floor, me and MP Jr on the pull out sofa and Daddy in the recliner.....aallll in the living room, cause I know my kids...."Mommy, what's that noise?" "It's the wind dear, go to sleep" x 10!
That's what happens when you get married in Sept or have both mine and dh's bd in Sept - hard to plan anything.
