I used to do that too, til I found that Lawry's one. It's delicious. Spicy, but doesn't overpower the meat. Used to use worschestchire or teriyaki and then start throwing in various spices in the cabinet. You can't go wrong. :mrgreen:
I use the 'whateverIhaveonthefridgedoor' method. Usually that is Italian dressing, catsup, worchestershire, soy, then add garlic, onion, ms dash anything, and if I am in the mood, brown sugar. Try a little cilantro sometimes, even the BBQ rubs are great!
