You should not look at the fallout plume maps then ..... the east coast is not the place to be

 

In the 3 years that I've been here, I've only heard a siren alert go off one in the Cleveland (40/42) area.

of note as well is that most "prime" targets have multiple warheads impacting them as well to ensure destruction.......can't risk DC not getting taken out due to defective/non-detonation
