Are homes selling in your neighborhood

I am not in a big hurry but I was also taking into consideration a post by someone else on here that mentioned the fact that people like to move when school is out. And coupled with the fact that people tend to be out and about during the weather friendly months. I really don't want to go into the winter months if I can help it. And oh yeah, my house is in the 150K range.
