I love Campbell's Tire. Local owned family business. They will fix any tires: car, bike, tractor, trailer whatever. Buy tires on LINE and save big money - get them mounted & balanced there for ~$20.00. It took maybe 25 min's on Monday to get 2 tires mounted. * ~ means appx.
Caution on Monroe at BJs, wife just had an alignment and new tires put on. They gave her a list of things that are needed to be fixed replaced. Number one on the list is a brake job. Funny thing is we had the brakes done less than a week ago by someone we trust. :?
Always found Just Tires too high for their services. Get that "being ripped off" feeling when I'm there. Campbell Tires is just the absolute best to deal with!! If you call for a price, the quote includes everything...nothing added once you get there. Bought my first set of tires from Mr. Jake who started the business, now deal with his G-Daughter who is the office manager. Last set of 16" tires I bought from them about a year ago was cheaper than the same tires at Wal-Mart by the time you added in the extras. And Just Tires was $110 more with what they quoted over the phone.
I got a good set from Discount Tire, its in Knightdale on 64, at the Lowes Food shopping center. I went in there with a nail in a tire and wanted to get it fixed, when they said it was in the sidewall and not fixable, they put a similar used tire on the Jeep and didn't charge me a dime. I told them I'd be back when I needed a set of tires, and I was. They price matched a "similar" tire that I mentioned I had seen at BJ's and ended up taking $100 off the set of 4 for the brand they were trying to sell me on all along.
