Hey...I packed a few Pacers in my day! The school bands and choirs used to get together at the dealership each year for a promotion, and have a "Pack a Pacer" contest. The school that could pack the most kids in a Pacer, won. Arms & heads were allowed to stick out, but not legs. I realized then how size-challenged I was, as I was always the one stuck under the glove compartment. LOL!
My first car was a 1973 rear-end-blow-up model Ford Pinto. White, with a puke green vinyl top and the seats were plaid upholstery - puke green, bright yellow, and white plaid, to be exact. It was ugly, but it was mine. Bought and paid for all by my lonesome in 1980.
