My husband and I are members of C3. We would love to have you come. We have services @ 5 and 6:30 on Saturday and @ 9 and 11 on Sunday. Its a very casual atmoshpere and you can come dressed how ever you feel comfortable. I wear jeans most Sundays.
I only stated that we used to go there to advise the person that I had been a member, so I knew what the dress code was. We now attend a different church. As Pastor Matt has said, C3 is not for everyone, and he encouraged those to seek other churches, which we did. No biggie. Sometimes it takes visiting several churches to find one in which you feel comfortable.
I don't know. The only reason I'm there is meetings on Thursdays. AND... I bring my own coffee, I don't follow the "crowd"
Do they maybe serve chicken biscuits? You know those preachers have to have their chickena and what better way than to have them on a biscuit ....
Nope, no Starbucks...just a regular old church with a blend of hymns and contemporary music, and great Sunday Schools for my children. And, Pastor Hamm delivers wonderful sermons. He delivers them with a great blend of God's word, information, and has a bit of a wry sense of humor, which I truly enjoy. Turner Memorial Baptist Church.
Sometimes this is the safest way for us to vent frustrations? Who's serving cotton candy? I want some!
