No, sorry, he passed away in 2001. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Justin_Wilson_(chef) I always enjoyed his cooking show. Remember how he started the show off by saying, "I'm so glad for you to see me," because he couldn't see us through the TV. Then when he would have the finished product ready to serve, he would say, "Don't that beautimous?" He was one of a kind. Oh, and I remember his rule about wine - not to worry what kind of wine goes with what kind of food, just drink the kind of wine you like!
My ex-wife is the niece of Christopher Lloyd from Taxi and Back to the Future. He came to our wedding. Got to chat and drink with him. Couple years after that he did a play in Boston where we lived and we got to hang with him. Nice guy not anything like the characters he played
Celebrities come to 40/42 a lot!!! I work at Cracker Barrel and we have had lots of visitors.. Just last week "Batista" the WWE wrestler came for lunch.. in the past year we have had "Big and Rich", Daughtry, The Big Show (WWE wrestler), Booker T (another wrestler) . They have all been really nice and willing to take pictures with the staff.. Batista even sat with a group of 8-9 boys for a good 10 minutes and gave them autographs and talked to them. They were so excited.. He is so big they all looked way up to him. Just thought I would share..
famous peeps I used to run a country magazine in NY..did it for about 6 years until the country music fad phased out. Met a few people and groups, hung out with the Eagles after the concert, Hal Ketcham, Shania Twain, The Oak Ridge Boys, Merle Haggard, Wille Nelson who was the coolest, Alabama, "baby likes to rock it"-forgot their name oops, Tanya Tucker and my favorite was Alan Jackson.... Those days are over but the memories remain...sigh.

Ummm...me I'm not much of star person, but when I was growing up, my Dad was friends with all the Wrestlers. We went twice a week to the matches (one in Raleigh and one in Fayetteville), so we would hang out w/them after the matches. Rick Flair Jay Youngblood Aundre Giant Ricky Steamboat Dusty Rhoads Harley Race all the big names back in the day, can't remember them all. I grew up with Eric Swann, and new his whole family, who played NFL for a while and is now playing AFL. I was at Atlantis a couple years ago and Tim and Faith were there for a family wedding, saw them. My oldest daughter has meet all the American Idol's as my DH gets concert and meet/greet tickets for them and I always want him to take them. My DH has meet a lot. He talks to Bill Cower and a few other big sports players, etc. and I've spoken to some of them occassionally when I answer his cell.
I am a big country music fan and have met several at fan fair. I met John Rich of Big and Rich when he was with Lonestar, along with the other guys, Lee ann Womack, Kenny Chesney, Craig Morgan used my sunscreen at an archery tournament he was in, Faith Hill and my favorite Tim McGraw, I've met him twice and he makes my knees weak.
I feel like a loser, I've never met anyone! I'd like to, but it's never happened. It sounds like I need to start hanging out at the Cracker Barrel though!
When I was in 8th or 9th grade, I went on a summer trip for Girl Scouts called a Wider Opportunity. It was in Arkansas with girls from all over the US....one day we got to shake hands with the governor of Arkansas. Being from NC, I had no clue who he was, but I remember calling my mom and asking her if all politicians acted like used car salesmen....yes, it was the man who later became president. I even have a certificate signed by him that I met him.......(It's rather wrinkled since I didn't put much store in meeting some old man I didn't know.) On a brighter note, we met several of the Rockefeller clan on that same trip when we had a dinner on their Arkansas Ranch....think shades of "Dallas" and "Dynasty" with regards to the servants and the decor!
I have met: Phil Ford Ric Flair Stedman Graham Willie Nelson and my idol Johnny Cash and June Carter Cash at a concert in Roanoke Va when I was 12 twitch
