So CenturyLink recently deployed a fiber node to feed a new subdivision in my area. So I called them about deploying to mine, which is literally at the node. The other subdivision is a half mile away. They told me that they are only doing it for subdivisions with HOAs and where the HOA assumes a contract and pays fees for it. Anyone got it/heard of this?
