i think this: he posted this earlier in this thread. it's apparently related because it's about a sex offender, not necessarily the one originally referenced in this thread. what i get from what he is saying is that a business owner in downtown clayton who was convicted of a sex crime is back after having been "restricted" from the area for awhile, and now joe is worried about said business owner hiring underage girls... or, maybe he'd like to put up a sign in downtown clayton like the one that got put up in south hills

i couldnt find the exact thread that we talked about this in, but awhile back someone was telling us about a 19yr old and a 15yr old and the parents were ****ed about them dating and was going to turn him in......remember??.....anywho i was just wondering if this was the guy, it was on WMPM Teen Charged In Rape Investigation - A Johnston County teenager is facing rape charges. The Johnston County Sheriff’s Office arrested 19-year-old Anthony Michael Chuffa of Clayton on Wednesday. He is accused of forcibly sexually assaulting a 15-year-old female acquaintance on October 7. Chuffa, a construction worker, was charged with statutory rape and jailed under a $10,000 bond.
