Mandarin, that is what my dad speaks. He thinks the Chinese people are the smartest people in the world. He is not racist but has facts for his belief. He wanted me to adopt from China but I am glad I adopted from the Ukraine. My life has been wonderful. People around the world eat all kind of things. My aunt and uncle were in Malaysia and ate monkey brain. They explained that they were seated at a round table and the employees pulled the table apart and put a live monkey in with the head sticking up through the hole in the table. Seems that they crack the skull to eat the brain, which is a delicacy over there. My aunt said her stomach turned but my uncle tasted it and thought it was great. To each their own. Sherry
