It has a nice freezer, but it's not THAT big.
You are right! But we have mclaurin Out of Clayton off 70.
Noticed a dumpster on the side of Chops and it appears they may be remodeling or something? Any kind of update?
There's just some maintenance going on. No status updates.
Well something is going on.....Cause I drive by a few times a day. I saw a few vans and trucks there, then yesterday the chairs were all being removed (dunno if they went back in, but maybe floor repairs?) And today a few different vehicles are on site.
So what's really going on?
The first person to purchase the building can get in on the secret!
I noticed the same. Lots of activity. I would assume a renter has been found maybe?
Just drove by and saw activity!
There has been activity for weeks now, Wade said they were doing maintenance, I believe him.
Well I don't know of anyone who would do maintenance of a building that is sitting empty with no prospect of a user....Unless it was coded to by Johnston county code enforcement.
So spill it Wade
Geesh, google y'all.
It was taken off the market back in January, maybe they are doing some work and relisting?
It is still on the market. Zillow is horrible for information!
Sounds like they need a new Realtor, LOL.
You know, as a realtor (or the property owner), you can update it lol
We have multiple times. I'm afraid there's a disconnect with Zillow being a primarily residential website.
Zillow has also shown it for lease when it has never been available for lease. We correct this as much as we can, but it still shows as available lease quite often.
Zillow is not in the business of providing accurate info to consumers. Zillow is in the business of selling leads to realtors. Same with realtor.com.
Anyone know the results of the auction yesterday (Thursday 3/15)? Would be curious to know who purchased and for how much without having to wait on the county to update the tax records.
Nevermind, found out it didn't sell. Had a high reserve and apparently highest bid was $510,000.
