Probably because everyone and their brother babbles on here, whats wrong with getting the 40/42 crowd involved in this??
I have to agree on this. These boards are a little bit of a free for all in terms of subjects/rants/etc. Can't blame them for venting. I do, however, agree that if they don't take it up with the school they can't really complain so I hope they do.
In any facility the size of a school with children and staff coming in and out with food, you'll have some roaches and/or mice. Most houses do to. And most of us don't even want to know what happens in our favorite restaurants.
Send your kid to school with a can of roach spray. When they see a roach, let them zap it. url=http://www.glitter-graphics.com][/url]
Manufacturing plants and hospitals, too. I once worked for Pratt&Whitney Aircraft in East Hartford, CT. Huge mfg. plant that employed 20,000 people. They put us in cubicles in part of a cafeteria they partitioned off. We kept our roach collection under glass. One day, we had a dead mouse, so we laid it out in a styrofoam hamburger box as if it was in a coffin, added a note that read, "Alas, little mouse, there is no cheese for you today but only death", and put it on the conveyor belt to go back to the dishwashers. Then we waited for the screams.
Yeah at CHS they have roaches about an inch long, like down in Florida. The kids do races and all with them. Bugs are just going to be around. Now if they are climbing the walls, we have a problem. Sherry
The kids catch the roaches get a few pull out some food put it down and bet on which one will get it first. Hey, they are still kids even at 18. I just hope they kill the roaches and the kids wash their hands....kind of doubt both. :ack: Sherry
