I was on that boy did I have strange dreams. I decided I didn't want to take it any more so after 6 weeks I stopped the pills and I still haven't smoked. Those pills are the best. You will do great.

Well, I stopped smoking all the time on Dec. 2. I stopped cold turkey and didn't even want one until last Sat. night, when I had too much to drink. Smoked then and then yesterday I got all stressed at work and smoked one. I'm craving them BAD right now, but I smell so good, don't want to stink! God help me when the smokers show up this morning, because I could eat one about right now!

When I found out I was prego w/my 13 yo I stopped cold turkey and stayed quit until about a year ago. I smoked occasionally, and then the last month had started smoking all the time (stress). My DH is quitting on Jan. 1, so even if I do slip some until then, I know with him stopping, I'll be able to stop completely, because there will be no temptations through him.

SS, how do those pills work???? DH will probably need some.

Chantax is the best thing since sliced bread. It blocks your brain from sending out cravings and helps you not want any cigs. The next big hurdle is finding out what your triggers are and avoid them. Good luck!
