And by your (and Shadow for that matter) questions are saying that you agree that it was a manipulation, right?

Cops did handle it stupid.....once you know he's the property owner leave. An old man on the front porch calling you a racist is not inciting a riot. Especially when you have a constitutional right to freedom of speech.

Lucky for this guy things have changed since my dad was a cop. It would have been ugly. They didn't take crap like this from no one. Then again people had respect for the law then.

No people had a fear for the law because they knew it would be swept under the rug when police abused their authority.....big difference.

Is kinda like take paddling out of schools. There is no fear for authority any more.

Let's see....you can't use corporal punishment on an inmate that has been convicted in a court of law....but you should be able to use it on children in school. nice

Fear gets respect. You screw up, you're going to pay for it. Things are so much better today.

Thanks! I love winning things. I like to thank the academy, God and my parents.

Niccolò di Bernardo dei Machiavelli (3 May 1469 – 21 June 1527) was an Italian philosopher, writer, and politician and is considered one of the main founders of modern political science.[1] As a Renaissance Man, he was a diplomat, political philosopher, musician, poet and playwright, but, foremost, he was a Civil Servant of the Florentine Republic. In June of 1498, after the ouster and execution of Girolamo Savonarola, the Great Council elected Machiavelli as Secretary to the second Chancery of the Republic of Florence. [2]

LetsGo - it's a losing battle a majority of the liberals on this board. When it comes to law enforcement they sincerely don't have any respect (despite what they say out the other side of their mouth) and only harbor ill opinions. That is, until they will need them and then they won't be there fast enough. It doesn't matter the situation, I didn't expect for a second this group to think that the officers acted in the right. If your dad was law enforcement, as is my husband, it will only make you sick to engage in discussion and listen to the blatant disrespect that gets posted about them.

Hey, feel free to go away anytime!

You can take your asinine assumptions with you!

Awwww. The truth hurts doesn't it Hught? No, I'm not going away. That would make it too easy for you. Maybe instead of attacking me you could show an ounce of respect for law enforcement and then I wouldn't make such assumptions based on what I read here.

I hate that people have such little amount of respect for police officers.

No truth to it, and I thought your going away would be a little less embarrassing for you.
