who did you order them from? When I used thecouponclippers.com I had them within a few days. There is a way on her site to check your order status.

Hey, someone PM me with the next date for a couponing class. I have a couple friends that often tell me that I need to tell them my secrets. I figured I could learn something new and they could learn from a PRO!!

    Thanks,
    Dawn

lost or held-up in the mail? I'd drop her an email and let her know, she seems like a reasonable person and would probably give you the $$ value in new coupons, since she might be out of the ones you ordered.

Cleo, This is the same class you attended. I realized that 2 hours just wasn't enough time to cover the info so I added an extra 30 minutes.

Dawn, the next class is at JennS's house. She has posted an open invite here on this thread. You are welcome to PM her for directions. The class is October 22 from 2-4:30 pm.

Tangie, If the TCC website says your order is complete and you did not receive the coupons in about 5 days (which you did not), you should defilitely contact Rachael, the owner. They are probably lost in the mail.

mamax3, so glad to hear you are saving lots!

harley, thanks for the kind thoughts. :)

Ok guys and gals, I am mailing invitations today. If you don't have a PM from me stating that I am mailing your invitation, then I don't have your address.

Anyone is welcome to come, so if I've left anyone out, please just shoot me a PM! :)

    $2.97 software

The was an ad in some of the coupon pages I was going through for $2.97 software (includes shipping). It has been a while but I have purchased from them before. All you get is the CD (no fancy packaging) but you cannot beat the price.

They have different sites where the products sometimes vary. Another I've found is
    www.smart-estore.com/ash

Does anyone know of other smart-estore web pages? Christmas is just around the corner :)

How ironic... I just filled out the order form for the software from smart e-store last night to mail out today. I have ordered from them before for Christmas gifts but this time around it's just 'because'. You cannot beat $2.97 and free shipping for computer software.

I have ordered from the smart e-store a number of times and have been pleased with each order.

FYI - The Coupon Clippers already put up this weekends coupons this morning. There are some good finds including Tyson boxed chicken, healthy choice sliced lunch meat, old el paso taco shells, swiss miss pudding and hot chocolate mix and more.

I have SO many good coupons and am praying Kroger will have a triple or super-double coupon deal this week.

I am watching closely as well, ncmom.

For those of you new to couponing, Kroger often waits until a holiday weekend to offer triples or super doubles. Check your Kroger flyers tomorrow, couponers! It's been too long and we are due for a good Kroger coupon deal!

    Kroger

I hope the person was wrong when I called Kroger today. I called the Kroger in Garner and asked if they were doing triple or super double this week and I was told that they were doubling or tripling coupons any more at all. I really hope the person I spoke to was misinformed!

Man I hope she was wrong, I am just getting ready!!

I have a dumb question. Should I save my coupons for a time when they double, or is it ok to use them when I need them but they are just at face value? I used some coupons today at the grocery store and felt quilty because they were not doubled... but I needed those products.

If you shop at Lowes Foods and spend atleast $35 before tax and not including beer/wine they double your coupons, I'm not sure up to what amount though, 60cents maybe? Anyone else know?

I work from home and the only thing out this way is yuckky Food Lion. So like today when I only needed a few things, I didn't want to waste the gas or time to head to Garner or Clayton. (Hwy 210 is almost walking distance...)

In your case, it may have been more expensive for you to drive out to Lowe's to get your coupons doubled than to go to Food Lion for a just a few items. Generally, I save those coupons I know will be doubled for those stores that double. If I have a 75 cent coupon for an item we use, I will use it at Harris Teeter because it will be doubled there. I only use Food Lion when an item is at a deep discount or we have a last minute emergency need (which is rare).

Tassy, Lowe's Foods doubles coupons with a face value of 60 cents or less. They will double 4 of any identical coupons. For instance, if I have 5 Old El Paso coupons worth 60 cents each, they will only double the first 4. The last one will be tendered at face value.

Harris Teeter doubles coupons worth up to 99 cents. I was there today and my total before coupons and sales was $106.19. After coupons were tendered I owed them $27.34. Pretty good shop. :)

Pkc, good heads up on the Kroger deals. Thank you. I just called and they confimed that they will continue doubling coupons up to and including 50 cents every day. She said that they have stopped Super Doubling and Tripling and will instead be offering the 10 for $10 promotions from time to time. Although we won't save as much across the board, there are still some good deals to be found in the 10 for $10 sales.

    Good Morning Friends!

There are a few deals worth mentioning from todays News & Observer this morning.

    1. K Mart Prescription Transfer Coupon in K Mart sales flyer today. Receive $10 Gift Card with the purchase of a new or transferred prescription. Valid through 11/5/05.

    2. Kroger has the 10 for $10 deals this week. In my experience, I have never had to buy 10 of the items to get each for $1. If you have any of the recently issued manufacturer's coupons for the following, you will get some great deals:

    * I can't believe its not butter or Promise Spreads
    * Lipton Sides
    * Suave Shampoo

Walgreens also has some good Free After Rebate Items this week.

    Happy Shopping! :D

    Just a friendly reminder....

My coupon workshop is this weekend, Saturday the 22nd, at 2pm. If you haven't done so already, please RSVP so that I know how many folks to expect and how much food to make. Plus, I need a headcount of how many folks will be paying Faye, so that I don't wind up footing $10 a head for people who decided not to show up.

Remember, it's $10 each, or if you bring a friend, only $8 for both of you. If you didn't get a personal invitation, I still have room and you are welcomed to attend, just PM me your name and address.

    Thanks! :)
