My 2 Cents There is obviously a lot of new construction on the market in the low to mid $200k but that does not mean your home will not sell. 6 months was and still is an average time for homes to be on the market in this area. It will usually come down to square footage, price, & location. Call a Realtor, they can give you more detailed info regarding comparable home sales, time on the market, and most can give you staging advice. BTW, do not always believe what you see on the shows on TV, (I watch them regularly) and they are not completely realistic most of the time. One Question, why are you considering selling if you will make no money off of the house and do not sound in any rush to sell? Just curious?
