Well since you came to the discussion board.... And for those of us who do not have kids in West yet, then how would one expect another one to know what classes are taught there. You sure the teacher does not put up with teenage girls with attitudes? You sure as heck have one.
I went to the fashion show tonight as well and thought it was FABULOUS!! I dont have a student there, but saw the banner and thought it would be fun for me & my daughter. We had a blast. The dance teacher was great! He seemed like one of those overly ecstatic personalities from a dance movie, which I think fits in perfectly with his career choice. I dont want someone to sit and stare and TELL me how to dance, I want someone jumping around me doing JAZZ HANDS. (I hope you all got the visual I did on that one, hysterical) Anyway, bravo to the students & faculty for putting it together. We are planning to attend the winter event when it comes around!
Hey, I don't have children, but I know how witchy some teenage girls can get and the "popular" girls are definitely the worst...I know, I taught. Now I pay the taxes that grown ups with or without kids pay so that there are schools and classes (such as the arts) can be offered, so many winey ungrateful smart-mouthed brats can experience some areas of education that we couldn't. Instead of being a wise mouth, you should have just answered what you know about the current dance teacher and not got on the rag with the regulars on this board.
I have to tell you as a high school student you are sure showing your immaturity. If you are going to join a discussion amongst adults, you need to act like one. First off we are not idiots. This board has been used for many years as a way for parents to ask other parents about many school issues and concerns we may have. You should of just brought up information about the new dance teacher. I know Ms. Bacon was a big fan of modern dance. I thought when my daughter was there that Ms. Bacon could of brought other dance styles into focus. Teenage girls are sometimes very much full of attitude..not unlike the movie Mean Girls. Attitude like the one you showed. Attitude I have seen from my own teenage daughter...and which I I correct. The poster is not an idiot for asking a concerned question. Not showing immaturity. Besides as adults who often have to deal with teenagers like you we sometimes are allowed a moment of immaturity should we choose
Boy, I sure am glad I have a boy! My mom would have washed my mouth out with soap for being so disrespectful to adults. I feel sorry for the teachers!
wow. this thread is now going down in my book of "Best threads ever." it started off lame, and then got worse when i posted some quagmire-esque commentary (including picture) on school dance, but that post by "Lilgirlac" lmao... wow. Wow... WOW! that was amazing. can i join your fan club? i mean, i joined these forums hoping to bring some massive forum-whoring talent in, and say really stupid things that nobody could make sense of for quite a while, but you just took it to a whole new level, and did so with a level of immaturity i can only try to match at 4am. Good job. thank you
First, get over yourself. Pretty paranoid about being "targeted." Second, get rid of the chip. It probably throws your alignment to the side and might cause permanent tilting to the left or right.
