This drug sound like Antabuse for alcoholism. Antabuse results in a severe reaction only if you drink. Alli results in diarrhea and anal leakage only if you eat fat. Scary!

Guess I'd have to have my own porta john everywhere I went then.

Course I'd hate to think of what my body would go through if I were to start eating healthy

I just got off the phone with her and she said you take the pill with your meal, it isn't time released, so shortly after, it stops doing it's thing - which is breaking down fat in your intestines. She said if you know you are going to cheat, you can skip the pill and have no ill effects - admitted she's done it (skipped pill and cheated a biton her diet) when she went to her sister's wedding last weekend.

Oh, and you are allowed 15 grams of fat for each meal - and she says she's stuck to that - except for the wedding - and had no ill effects.

She emailed me one side of a pamphlet - it says you loose 50% more than you would if you just dieted alone. She was on steroids for a bit and gained a bit, her first grandbaby will be born in 5 months, and she "doesn't want to look frumpy and fat when she goes to Pa. to meet the new arrival and have photos taken."

Honestly, I can't blame her. I give her credit for doing Curves 3 X a week for the past 3 weeks too. She's trying to get me to join, but my schedule is rough, when I'm off, I usually have to clean, run errands, take care of my babies and oh yeah, shower and sleep :-D
