Most of the pharmacies around 4042 are doing it, saw an ad for the Minute Clinic this morning.

Ironically I had to go to Michigan to get mine, they would not file locally with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, my insurance company.

Ok, thanks! I'll hit up the 4042 pharmacies soon, see who wants to jab me with a needle ...

Glad I don't have to go all the way to Michigan!! ;)

I went to Walgreen's atCleveland Rd/Route 42. They accepted our BC/BS of NC - did last year, too, after Walmart told us they do not accept our insurance. It was easy; I stopped in for it on my way home from my doctor's appointment (they told me I had to wait for one of their clinics); it took 5 minutes. They just had me sign a form, and a pharmacist gave me the shot. No copay - they bill the insurance directly in, like when you purchase prescriptions. Being a diabetic, I don't want to take a chance on getting the flu, so I'll play it safe by getting the shot.

Does a shot or two of Crown work in place of a Flu shot?
