food lion

I went to food lion monday am 1/22. 60% of the white lines are gone. Is this snow plows or what. I didn't notice last week.

 

Tax dollars?? Did the County have to fix it? I noticed it leaking out of a valve box.

 

I wouldn't think so as parking lot line are usually just paint and not the raised, reflective strips. That being said, snow plows sure do a number of striping. Weird.
