Yay for Kaci for caring for the little lost bird! I'm sure she is already very spoiled.

That was great of her to do so, all I could do at this time is offer the cage for her, but I really didn't want to take in another bird if someone else would do it. My 6 here is enough.

Oh happy day! We have been wondering how Rosey was doing. I was so happy and very thankful that you responded to our request for help. (Thanks to everyone who gave their advice).
It was great to meet you and your hubby and Lucy! My girls are still talking about that!
I'm so glad to know she is a happy little bird. I bet she knows she is lucky that you came to her rescue!) She seemed to take to you right away. Very neat.
I have not heard anything else regarding her found ad.
    Thank you again. Really.)

You don't have a thing to worry about. I've seen how well Kaci treats her birds and believe me they are spoiled (and beautiful).

My sister adopted a cockatiel at her garden center. One of her employees saw a woman release him and drive away! Unbelievable. Anyway, "Bobby" has decided that my sister is his human. I met him a couple of months ago and he is very handsome. The problem is that I think he knows it. If she is gone too long he sulks. He won't have anything to do with anyone else. He totally ignored me.

I have no experience with birds but my sis loves him so much. I have heard that these birds are super smart and I believe it. It seemed like he was ignoring me on purpose!

That reminded me of a cockatiel in a shop in Blowing Rock that remembered me form one year to the next. It sat on my shoulder the whole time I would be in the shop so I could scratch it's neck. I scratched it thefirst time when it was sitting on its cage. When I stopped in the next day or so it climbed off the cage and onto my shoulder. The same thing every time I have gone in since. I have nearly acquired one because of this.

Kaci if the owners don't come forward, and you decide not to keep her , our family would love to adopt her. We have a female cockatiel and she could use a friend. She would be loved and handled all the time. Just pm me if you decide not to keep her.

Rosie has found her forever home:hurray::hurray::hurray: She went to a fellow 4042er who came over to meet her yesterday and she took to them great. Thanks to all the others that offered to give her a forever home, i started at the first one to offer and was lucky that it was a perfect fit. 4042ers are an awesome group:hurray:
