Number 14: Tuning Fork used to test radar gun is out of Calibration.
Number 15: Radar gun hasn't been tested with a Tuning Fork (or other means of testing) recently to insure it isn't out of tolerance (not reading accurately).

 

Also, the tuning forks and radar are all serialized, and all equipment serial numbers should be noted as such on the SMI-9 radar form.

Cops have been known to inadvertently swap tuning forks (there are two of them for each radar), and if the forks they used to catch you don't match the serial number of the forks on the form, you might have a legal "out", although this tactic might be best handled through contracting legal representation, which can be an expense in itself.

I guess it depends on how badly you want to get out of the ticket.

After the special session it seems there may be as much as a $4.58 billion in educational funding shortfall now. One huge speed trap might make a dent in those losses.
