Three Garmins Just got my latest. Garmin 765 Bluetooth capable to get phone calls through for hands free. Mp3 Player, and Shows speed limit on the screen.
In the states I have only had one place that would not handle the GPS service even when the phone did not have service (if you originate in an area with service). I also carry a Garmin but I have downloaded all the provinces in Canada and whatever they call the equivalent in Mexico, because the GPS will not work there without data fees.
