Kaci - I feel partially responsible for this as I was one of the originals he helped and raved about it on here. The first incident with my dryer was fixed, but with a couple reschedules due to conflicts with his schedule. None the less he did save me money. The 2nd time I had problems with my dryer I should have known better and posted to the like when I was told, "I read last night on-line on your particular model and what could be wrong." After being told it was my heating elements, which I replaced myself because I was tired of being rescheduled and stood up I found out it was the thermastat and thermistor. It only cost be 20 bucks and a couple weekends of drying my laundry at our mutual neighbors house. I didn't want to discourage anyone else publicly on this board, but I made a mistake. Although I did speak to people in PM's about Tom. Tom - You are a good guy and I am very sorry about the year that you and your family have had. If anything comes from my post please let it be to stick to your original appointment and not reschedule multiple times and don't say "you can fix it" when you are flying by the seat of your pants and reading what you think might be wrong. I don't give 2 *hits about anyone blasting me on here, but I am not the only person that has been left hanging, which is a shame. I won't speak for another neighbor of mine that was also left in a predicament by your lack of keeping obligations, but I do know it put someone in a bind at the last minute. :?

Well, I hate when stuff like this happends, you know that...I just don't think it's right on either part that is was posted on here..it should have been a private thing and if you wanted to share you bad experience then do it in PM's. Just my 2 cents!
Attack me all you want. That seems to be the general nature of people out here lately, AS for your neighbors Washer, I took down the model # of her washer and the parts are no longer available for that model, the problems you were having with your dryer could have been caused by the heating element, if you would like to view the website in which I researched the issue without testing your dryer, I can provide it for you and on that site the heating element is one of the MANY causes of why that dryer stopped heating, and as for my schedule and putting you out,- well I did reschedule with you on more than one occasion I do admit but when there are family issues I need to deal with, then my family comes first. I do not care about people who wish to attack me personally. I will not participate in any counter attacks against anyone. So go ahead and continue your attacks. Maybe some of the people who I have done work for will come to my defense and speak out about the work I've done for them. If you do not know me personally or have never met me, remember you should not cast stones at people you do not know. So have fun. Im going to be off this board as soon as webbie deletes my account. ya know normally i would agree with you but unfortunately this has been discussed between quite a few through pm's of which i have recently learned cause no one wanted to be the bad guy and say anything on the board about their experiences. If instead of pm's about the bad experiences someone had posted on the board then maybe i and some others would not have had to experience the trouble we did. So i am sorry if you feel me posting what happened on here is wrong but if it saves others from going through the same thing then it is worth it to me. i wish i had received some of the pm's from before my experience, i just went by what was posted against my husband's advice of using a professional, i wanted to help out a fellow 4042er down on his luck.
You know, there have been MANY other threads in which many people have shared personal experiences with local businesses, etc and no one seems to have a problem with that. A community board is a place to get opinions about local services or businesses. I didn't think anyone was being "trashed" initially. I give credit where credit is due but I also would like to let people know about my personal experiences so the same thing won't happen to them (if it's a bad thing). I don't know Tom (I think that's his name) so this post is not personally about him. In general we share our personal experiences.
i have tried and tried to be nice about this but you are crossing the line with your posts that are blatant lies. So this line is NOT an attack against me personally? I was working for a plumbing company when I came out there initally and showed up in a marked plumbers truck. So I have no experience in plumbing OK. These people who wish to say what they are saying can keep up the quotes. I hope you are enjoying yourselves. I will say a prayer for all of you as I do not pass judgement on people, even when they hurt me. If this was your intent -the damage is done, you have accomplished your goal. Why can't you please just leave me alone?

For those of you who say it should be done in PM's .... I call BULL **** All of us at one point or another has gotten on here to complain about the service or lack there of from a business establishment. We ALL put warnings on here informing our 4042 peers about potentials wrong doings or scams. So why should it be any different for this?
Stating the truth is not attacking .... although it is said the truth hurts. Oh and the neighbor you are speaking of is not the one I was.... it's ANOTHER / Different neighbor that was put in a bind.
I don't have horse in this race, but sorry, I don't see it as any different than any other business transaction. It is what it is.
