When you get a minute, please look up the word "facetious". What I was saying was that he shouldn't try to bring in facts because I already found out a long time ago that y'all don't like them, and have no use for them. It's called being facetious.
I need not, I know what it means. You however, seem controversial in nature, IMO, and your "facetiousness" can be mistaken for being bluntness and rudeness. I'm sure I can came across the same way to you, but I cannot stand someone to be rude or condescending to others, whether they mean it or not. And if I see it, I tend to jump on it and let them know it. I apologize if I offended you mistakenly.
Clif is smiling the whole time he does it. Don't let the brash misguide you. I do it to. When I am bored or see self loathing self involved nuggets with a huge victomized me-isms.
Whatever you may think of me, there are three things that should know if you have read much of what I have ever written: 1. I am consistant. I never argue simply as a devil's advocate unless I say so at the beginning of my post. 2. I never accuse someone of doing something while doing the same thing myself (in other words, I never call the kettle black). 3. I rarely use smilies. If you don't understand the difference between humour and seriousness that is your problem, not mine. You can add a forth, if you like, but I'm sure there will be people screaming at the top of their voices that it's not true, and I simply don't have time today to defend it. But #4 would be, I am never rude to someone unless they are rude to me in the same thread first. Which leads to 4.1, which is that all threads are unique and distinct. I may read you the riot act in this thread (deservedl;y so, if I do), but if you are civil to me in another thread I will be just as civil there. Anger and/or passion do not transcend threads to me.
