HOAs missing money.

The JoCo GIS doesn't give you an easy way to select properties by subdivision that I can see. I downloaded the data real quick and selected 174 properties in Jordan Ridge (various phases) including those along the main road.

Give or take 1 or 2. I see a couple parcels that may or may not be part of the subdivision.

 

Seems correct to me.
