Where's the Beef? Oh ho, I love that! NO BEEF IN THE BURGER. That always reminds me of Wendy's. I've been wanting to email them that question but when I tried, theere was no way to send emails from their website. I wanted to ask them, "Where's the beef because it certainly isn't at Wendy's anymore!" Those patties just get smaller & smaller.
I would call my credit card company to reverse the charges, and send a letter to corporate about the incident, including the reversal of the charges. If the local place calls you, you can inform them that corporate has been notified of the incident and the reversal, and that you already attempted to rectify the situation with them directly but they were not interested in doing so. And/or you can take the low road, and call back on a Friday or Saturday night and order 6 pizzas for pick-up. When they call to ask where you are, inform them that you never ordered any pizzas. When they argue with you, argue back for a few minutes and then tell them you're on your way to come get them. When they call back the next time, either don't answer or calmly inform them that they must of located your order from last time, that they had claimed you never made. Then tell them to enjoy their pizza and hang up. There are so many ways to mess with a pizza place. :jester:
HAHAHA! I'm liking this one! I need to remember this...they need to learn that what goes 'round, comes 'round!
:iagree: I just emailed HQ about my experience, let's see what happens, if anything. Anyway, onto better things. Headed to LOL tonight to LOL! Everyone have a great weekend! (and here's to all of you recieving GREAT customer service!!)
For anyone interested...I just recieved a call from Juan (manager at Domino's) and he aplogized for what happened Friday night. He said there was no excuse, and he hopes they don't lose our business. He tried blaming it on the driver, but I told him it wasn't the driver, his girl claimed I never placed my order and that the only person pleasant to us that night WAS the driver! We supposedly have a $20 credit to use anytime for our next order, but I told him we were pretty turned off by them, and not sure we'll be ordering from them again.
I really cant stand people who go to fast food joints and want to customize their order.....yeah I'd like a double cheeseburger, hold one of the patties, no cheese, extra onions, 1/4 mus-My Friend, 3/4 ketchup, and can ya'll toast the buns pleeeease. High Maintenance.
Dominos info The owners are Kim and Ryke Citty. They do not work in the store very much lately. Your best bet is to complain straight to Dominos Inc. The area manager gets notified of all complaints. The service/treatment you received is not uncommon for this store. They have some real issues to overcome.
It's nice to know the owners are good people. If they want to stay in business, they should invest some time into training their employees.
That's true, but the owners should make it clear what they expect from their employees, and that the jobs are contingent on providing good customer service.
I used to love going to Wendy's, but over the last year or 2, it really gone down hill, no matter which one I go to. I won't go there anymore.
Mostly anymore we just eat at home. It has gotten to the point it just too much trouble going out. Either it poor custom service, or the food sucks.
