HORRIBLE Customer Service Last Night...

    wow seabee liked something i said. I'm honestly surprised :lol:

    #1 Dominoes always keeps your number. So she either called the wrong place or the clerk was a total idiot. Bother are equally believable, so i'm not going to make an assumption on this part.

    more importantly, #2 YELLING is not always the way to go about problem-solving everything. I work in the customer service area -and maybe I'm doing it wrong- but when people yell at me they have certainly eliminated any chances of me "making it up" to them. I have a lot more respect for someone who can keep their cool and maturely talk out a problem. Remember it's not always about YOU, they have other customers. There may also be a legit excuse for their poor performance (i.e. another idiot called before and yelled at them and now they're all shaken up and fed up with humanity and wondering how the heck they settled for a job like this)
