Hey, We did not hear anything last night so I am thinking its gone. I for one freak out when I see any kind of bugs in my house. It drives me crazy.
I know they are annoying, but a cricket in the house means good luck. I guess that is a southern thing. I have heard it all my life.
Don't know where you live, but call Wood's Pest Control. We had the same problem, ants coming out our blanks. I was considering burning the house down (just kidding). Anyway Wood's came out the next day after I called. Crawled under the house, found the main colony and nuked them. Haven't seen one since. We got on the bi-monthly plan. $129 for initial visit, $65 every other month. Well worth the price. Hope this helps.
Yep, I've always heard the same thing. If I find a cricket inside usually it's in the laundry room, which opens into the garage. I'll just pick it up and put it outside.
