I'm all about saving some money, but there are some things that I can't compromise. Hunts could be free and I would still buy Heinz.
Actually, while I'm not a big ketchup fan, I prefer Del Monte to Heinz or Hunts. Seems like it has more zest.
That's funny bc I feel the same way about only buying hunts. I am not usually a brand snob (I'm actually a cheapo). Lol. I guess that's wht both co.have stayed in business for so long.
I forget where I was the other day (some other part of the country) but I took a closer look at the ketchup bottle on the table. The label went into how it was made of low grade tomatoes that were picked by illegal immigrants. It was the ketchup version of D1ck's Restaurant. Actually the ketchup tasted great!
Big Disappointment I went to the new Walmart for the first time on Saturday night. I did not like it at all. I thought it was ugly on the inside, dark and dingy. The flooring was awful. The spaciousness of it made it seem as though they were understocked. It really did not seem to have as many choices as the Clayton Walmart. I left without buying anything. I am really disappointed.
I went in for Legos. They did have a better selection than the one in Clayton and I was surprised, but I agree with the post. Especially the floors. They look ...unfinished or something. Easy clean up I guess... or easier to hide the dirt.
I have to agree with this post. It seems like to make the lanes wider they got rid of alot of extra stuff. I felt like the Walmart in Clayton has a better selection. The sporting goods area was pitiful. The Super Kmart in Garner has more sporting goods than Walmart, at least the Walmart in Clayton kept their sporting goods area pretty large. Maybe they will add more things the longer they are open.
I agree. I just told hubby last night that I'd still rather shop at the store in Fuquay. They just seem to have more stuff. The new store just has something about it (besides rising prices) that I just don't like. Their ladies shoe selection is next to nothing. I think it's more or less one aisle. Hubby noticed the lack of hunting supplies our first time there. That turned him off right away as he's really getting into hunting. Oh well, maybe over time it will improve.
I'm disappointed in the new Walmart also... because, well..... It's a WALMART!! I'm just kidding.. I didn't go to the Walmart.
Another WHY DIDN'T I THINK OF THIS?? <slaps forehead> Who wants to play? I hear Friday nights are good for these kinds of sightings.
