I am done with Premier Video

    Well, I kinda thought the issue had been solved too, but somehow this post keeps jumping back to the top again!
    Kimberly, while I am glad you took all that time to write the world's longest post, you may need to step back and take a second look. First of all, I did not personally attack any employee...I simply stated how I was treated. Secondly, I am very cordial with almost all business' that I frequent. Most know me by first name, and I do feel that it is incredibly important, HOWEVER, had I been given any indication that the employee might possibly care what I thought about the situation, I would have tried to resolve it with her. I am not going to explain myself til I am blue in the face while the person stares at me like I have 3 heads and she cant wait for me to leave. You cannot work something out with someone who does not care.
    Lastly, IMO (thanks to the owner) the situation was handled very well and I rented more videos this past weekend. I was pretty certain that the employees probably knew who I was when I checked out, but I was not embarrassed in the least. I checked out my movies, I was very polite, the employee was very polite and it was a smooth transaction.
    I feel the issue has been resolved and am completely clueless as to why you feel the need to write a "holier than thou" post to bring the issue back up.
