We usually put Halloween pencils, eyeballs and stuff in the bag as we never know if someone is not allowed to eat candy. Fun time for all! Have fun, Sherry
Someone started that last year in our neighborhood and what we found out from some Halloween bags at Michaels is that you are supposed to fill up a bag with a little ghost, to be placed in your window, and candy and leave it on a neighbor's porch and then they leave one on another's porch and so on. I think there was also a poem about Halloween and it also gave instructions. The kids in the neighborhood liked this jester and the gossiping women kept track of who was booed or not. So it seems that most everyone enjoyed the anonymous gift.
