    If we can't fix the barn door -too many hungry horses!- we should cut the grass so the horses go somewhere else (...is torturing a metaphor a crime?).

    I pretty much agree with P on this one. :mrgreen:

    In the scenario presented above the description is pretty detailed and you described a violent crime that happened right before the description was given. With AZ's law a crime does not have to be committed for papers to be presented. Also, the profile for individuals showing papers is not as detailed as you presented. Just because a person has darker skin or slanted eyes it does not mean they should be picked out of a crowd, in my opinion and in our Constitution's opinion.
