bummer - we decided last minute to head out to the beach house- sounds fun! maybe next year.

the fireworks show was kinda sad. People around me were complaining about how little the fireworks were compared to last year show. Of course I gained a free puppy and loved some of the music (would have loved to hear some Johnny Cash) back to work I go!!!

Band sounded AWESOME, even though we weren't down there proper...could hear it from the house, lol. Little one and I went down to see the fireworks, heard some more music then. Saw a brand new puppy, owner was kind enough to let it sit in Little one's lap for a minute. Very sweet.

Was great to hear Peppercorns sing up on stage during the day!! The boyfriend was thrilled to FINALLY get to hear Birdie's band as well... was nice to meet those of you that that I met yesterday, and to see those of you again that I'd met before! *grin*

THank you for the shameless plug -Elims- love ya!..lol :wink: I was nervous at first but relaxed on the second set. It was fun. What a difference using that professional equipment! I was so surprised. I hope people enoyed my oldies.

Birdy was fantastic as usual!!! I could listen to her and the rest of the band all day.
