It says that right on the summons as well and that is what I did. Like I said, I don't mind doing jury duty, but I can't very well leave my 4 yr old home alone to drive herself to school and back. :?
Yep, that's what I did too, wrote the letter immediately, and got a letter back within a week or 2 (can't remember now) saying I was out of it. I wouldn't mind doing it either, and probably will once they're all in school.
I stated in my letter, that I would like to be reconsidered next year when she is in school full time.
