Made chicken casserole last night! This time I didn't have as much time as normal so instead of boiling the chicken, I bought one of those whole chickens that are already cooked from the grocery store deli and shredded that up. I will do that every time from now on. Not only is it easier, but there is such good flavor in the chicken! It was the best chicken casserole I've ever made, no lie!
