I live near Riverwood and showed many of those homes when I was in real estate. I would not personally purchase a Fred Smith home. JMO. Your mileage may vary. And really, that election was a long time ago. Some of you really need to get over your rabid obsessions. ...it isn't flattering to you. Just sayin'
Was Fred Smith the builder or just the developer? Doesnt the developer break ground, put in roads, etc and then independent builders come in and do their thing?
He did both. He did sell a lot of lots to other builders, but a significant amount of them, he was the builder on.
