Not some dude or company you got a card from 90 years ago, I mean any of you have a relationship with preferably a custom home builder referrals to me would be just fantastic. I'd love you forever and a day.

If we ever have a home built for us here, it'll be by the guy who built the one we're in now - Tony Carroll, without a doubt or hesitation. Most ethical and customer service oriented builder I've ever known.

 

Tony is one of the best in the bidness.

Art is awesome! Hubby knows him very well, they build in the same neighborhood (or did, when they were building :cry. Anyway, he's won the "Best of the Best" in the parade of homes for Joco 3 years in a row, if that tells you anything. That means out of all the homes in the parade, his home got the highest out of any one in any category, regardless of price.

Another one of those in that list I wouldn't trust to watch my cat for the day...and the other 2 I don't know.
