Large birds...and they're NOT turkeys!

    There dosesn't seem to be a lot of difference between the Golden Eagle and the Bald Eagle until maturity, but pictures of either are very close to what I saw.

    The idea of having an eagle -or three- in my backyard seems farfetched but I don't know what else my UFOs could be.

    ...maybe they'll come back and pose for pictures?

    There is a pretty sizable population of bald eagles at Jordan Lake. The New Hope Audubon Society has been working on an observation platform there for about a month, they may have completed it this weekend.
