How competitive are the rates in the Smithfield area? I'm not all that impressed with the new aquatic center. Some jump on the new band wagon, I'm just looking for good rates and a good treadmill.
I use Clayton Fitness and like it. I think its a good value considering you get the gym, classes, tanning and child care for one price.

NCGirl, my coworker goes there and likes it, however he was unable to tell me what a single membership would cost because he is on a family plan. I checked their website and there was no mention of what their membership cost would be for a one-person single membership. By chance, would you know? I know I could just call but it slipped my mind until I saw your post.
