We seek an experienced Professional to support our growth! We are a medium to large pest management business, based in Raleigh, with a top priority of Customer Satisfaction! You represent our business with your professional demeanor and ability to delight our customers. You work with management and our field technician staff to manage customer accounts and exceed their expectations. This is a full-time position. Benefits are available following an introductory period and include: insurance, a small company IRA, and an on-site fitness center with lockers. The latter will be available once we move into our new campus later this year! Regular duties include: -Answer incoming phone inquiries and requests for service when call volume requires. -Manage a staff of CSRs with duties ranging from sales to scheduling -Schedule and maintain services and service rotations, adjusting as necessary -Document and monitor all Sales and Incentive related items associated with the office -Process information for use by others. -Hold a series meetings with CSR staff for training purposes -Work closely with management team to support company policies and aid in the smooth transition of information and responsibilities between departments Qualifications: -High School diploma and 5 years CSR and Management experience OR Associate's or Bachelor's Degree with previous people management experience. -Proficient with Microsoft Office programs, especially Word and Excel.
