Odd jobs Out of work and down to the last penny. Looking for odd jobs that I can complete quickly for some much needed cash. Raking, Mowing, Lawn Aeration, handyman type work....Debris removal, etc. I have an 8 ft bed truck, a 5 by 8 trailer. And many tools and years of experience (household and commercial). If I don't have the tool I need, I'll tell ya upfront. Honest, Fair, Hardworking, and desperate (but not a pushover) Available most everyday, (except for the baby appt. and over Easter weekend) all day.
Ballpark figure Build a 1500-1700 sq ft house (crawlspace, not slab), vinyl sided, 3 bd/2ba, split bd plan, no dining room (open concept family/dining), fireplace (woodburning), small mud/utility rm, pull-down attic stairs, hvac, prefer a porch on the front, on my land, needs septic (perks), hook up county water (need to buy tap). We plan to finish the kitchen cabinetry, floor coverings, paint the interior, etc. How much? Trying to decide if we want to build something new or renovate an existing residence adjacent to the property that we can buy for less than $50K. Would need to be gutted due to previous smoker owners:ack:. Anyone able to give a good estimate and time frame on such an undertaking?? :allears:
Cow Manure Looking for a half truckload (pickup truck load) of local cow manure....wanting to throw this in with the garden beds to help with nutrients. Has to be free.... I can't afford any more. I'll come shovel it myself if I have to. Anyone out here a Farmer/etc that can help with this?
