did the mailer say anything like "see dealer for details", or reference that complete rules were posted at the dealership? in that case, they don't have to include it on the mailer....
Nope, none of the above. As I have said several times in this thread, that's one thing that caused me to believe that I had legitimately won. There was no "fine print" which suggested otherwise (as there are in the other mailers)
Nothing yet. I sent them a message through the website and got an automated response that I would be contacted within ten business days (if they believe they can help).
If you contacted the one at ABC11 I know that they are very professional. I was contacted back within a few days and shortly thereafter they were at our house. They did a great job in helping. Good luck and keep us posted. I am just amazed at Steve. Maybe I don't know him like I thought I did. I am going to try to call him this weekend when I get a chance to ask about this. Sherry
